Let’s talk about next autumn's motor shows and expositions. In Tokyo and Milan, manufacturers will unveil next year’s (and next future) motorbikes. Wich are noteworthy?
Aprilia. Even though we think that the great RSV deserves a more appealing style, the Italian manufacturer could surprise the audience, with something underpinned on the Shiver-Dorsoduro 90° V-twin platform.
BMW. The Munich Company is ready to let grow the R-NineT family. 4 neo retro versions will be unveiled. The first model that we will see, is a scrambler model featuring the 2 valve air cooled boxer engine. All information here.
Ducati is going to show at Milan’s EICMA, 9 new bikes. All information rumors, photo and video, here.
Honda. Are in Tokyo aware that this is the moment to sell emotional products instead of rational ones? We would love to see a V-4 CBR 1000 born from the Honda Moto GP construction philosophy to rival with the new and renewed Japanese competitors. Moreover, a neo-retro street bike, derived from the CB 900 R prototype with a classic in line four or powered by the Africa Twin’s parallel twin would be a good move. We provided some images and info about this, here.
Kawasaki. An evolved, new ZX-10R will be at EICMA and rumors suggest also a smaller parallel twin turbo motorbike.
Moto Guzzi. Apart from the bagger version of the California 1.400 scheduled unveil, a new bike is expected to bridge the gap between the 1400 big block and the quiet 750 V-Twin. Info about this new bike…Here!
Yamaha. The 3 diapason brand should show some MT-09 derived motorbike. Shun Miazawa hinted something about a café racer some time ago and we can’t believe that the XSR 700 will be left alone for long…
